I am experiencing extreme fatigue, burning below my ears, down my jawline, and down my neck. It seems to stop around the thyroid, but there is no swelling anywhere. I am also having pretty severe headaches and a sore neck at the base and back of my head. I went to urgent care and they tested me for mono, and of course it was negative. I have an appointment in a few days with my primary but this burning sensation is killing me. It s worth noting that I have had stabbing pains on my left side for several months now, which I thought could be atrributed to my splein and the lymph system that is also no causing the neck issues? I don t know. What do you think?
