What Causes Spreading, Itchy And Painful Rashes With Black Dots In Center?

Please I have rashes that is spreading fast allover my body with black dot at the centre of every rash. It is itchy, and mostly in between the folding of my arm at the elbow joint,folding at the knee joint, armpit, thigh very close to the public, it is also all over my neck and the ones on the neck are now painful to touch. please what could this be

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of spreading, itchy and painful rashes with black dots in center which occur because of clogging of skin pores by debris and bacteria and infection in them. Scabies, dermatitis herpetiformis, tinea carporis, contact dermatitis are other possible causes for this. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to maintain complete hygiene and apply cream containing azelaic acid which is good for use. Apply aloe vera gel at night . If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocycline, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks. You should apply MELALITE XL cream which is combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin and steroid and apply it at night time
