What Causes Spotting When On Duphaston Tablets?

My doctor give me duphaston because I am willing to have a baby and she said me to use two duphaston from the 11th day of my sycle to 25th but I start to spotting or a few blooding on the 14th day. Naw l am in the 17th day and still a few blooding. What should I do? I should stop using that or continue?

Hi,

Scanty bleed on 14th could be ovulation bleeding. You should have unprotected sex this time for conception (not if bleeding is profuse). Apart from this, irregular hormonal intake may have adverse effect. Continue with the pill-see your doctor for more specific advise. She may change doses.
