What Causes Spotting Post Period Despite Being On Yaz Birth Control?
I'm on Yaz birth control. I take the pill everyday like my life depends on it. The pill gives me regular periods, however last week I had a period when I still had 2 weeks left till I got to my period pills, when this unexpected period ended I started to spot. Sometimes its red and sometimes its brown but its not stopping. I'm not cramping, but I do itch.

Irregular bleeding can sometimes occur with the use of birth control pills or any hormonal form of contraception.
Because this is the first episode in which this occurred, you can monitor your menstrual cycle to see if recurs next month.
If it is a persistent problem then you may need to alter your birth control.
