What Causes Spotting, Lower Abdomen Cramps, Back Pain And Nausea?

Hi! I missed my period for 2 weeks now. About 10 days after my missed period I had some brown spotting for about 4 days, nothing heavy, just for about an hour a day. I also experienced lower abdomen cramps, back pain, fatigue and nausea. Did 3 at home pregnancy tests and all 3 were negative. Please help!

Hello,

If all pregnancy tests at home are negative then the delay may be an hormonal issues. Also if you are around 50 the symptoms may be related to premenopause.
