What Causes Spotting During Urination After Attending Yoga Programme?

My wife is getting regular periods. However, this month on 25th June, she had attended yoga programme. After that she find some spotting whenever she passed urine. We went to gynecologist. On examination, Doctor suggested that her CX both lips badly damaged and recommended for biopsy and creatine blood test. Biopsy test report is yet to come. Creatine report is normal. This was happened first time. What would be the reason please reply.

I understand your concern for your wife.
First of all there are very few chances that this spotting is due to Yoga programme. As per examination by gynecologist, the cervical lips epithelium is damaged, this could be due to bacterial or viral infection. Due to this infection these spottings are seen. As the biopsy report is awaited, we will have to wait till then to see the type of damage.
You have not mentioned the age of your wife and the her last period date. This could have helped to clarify further.
If she is near her period date, this might be a normal spotting. If she is in her forties of age, these can be due to menopausal changes.
