What Causes Spotting After Periods Get Over?

I had protected sex thrice with my boyfriend (18th April) and i was due on my period (around 23rd April) To be on a safer side, i had Ipill within 72hours. My period started on 20th april, 2 days after having sex. Initially my period was minor, then it got normal and i was done with it in a week. But even my period, i'm noticing a few drops daily, something in brown color and sometimes red. Is there anything to worry? Are there any chances of getting pregnant?
