What Causes Spots Of Blood And Internal Pain After Intercourse?

Doctor my wife is 36 with four children. Elder one is 14 yrs old. As i was out of country four a year. Upon my arrjval we had intercourse with proper protection 3 times in 3 days. The last intercourse for her was painful and after that she expefienced spots of blood and internal pain. Its been two days and the pain is increasing. Although it is bearable but there is pain. She is havjng regular cycles and within a day or two she will have the periods. Doctor plz explain what cold be the reason.

Bleeding after sex or during might be there so nothing to more worry about it. It might be because of rough sex.

other possibility of Bleeding may occur if amount of pre cum from vagina is less and due to that penis cant enter in vagina easily and due to that it might possible that you had bleeding issue.

I would suggest to go for foreplay and Oral sex first before you go for intercourse because it will help for pre cum and also you and your partner will have more pleasure than normal intercourse.

You may also use lubricant if it happens each time you had sex so that penis could enter easily. Or you should use different positions in which penis enters easily.

Still you are facing the same issue than i would like to suggest to concern a good doctor and check for issue they will suggest you better.
