Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your query.

It appears you have a chronic respiratory problem. The frequent coughs and cold can be due to infection, allergies, smoking, other chronic respiratory disorders like emphysema.

Avoid cold weather, dry conditions, cold food or drinks, smoking, pollution. Keep warm. You can take over the counter cough suppressants to help deal with the cough.

Kindly visit your Doctor to find the cause of the cough and get treated accordingly.

Thanking you.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
