hello welcome to healthcaremagic
your symptoms are pointing towards a heart disease
but you are quite young for heart diseases. however, it can not be ruled out.

i would like to enquire some history of heart disease in family, history of drug/tobacco use/history of any other severe disease.

also please get following investigations done and visit a nearby clinician for accurate diagnosis
chest xray
ECHO
ECG
BP and other vitals charting.
CBC with ESR

please keep yourself hydrated and try and visit a nearby clinician asap as this could something be dangerous.

i hope this helps you.
please feel free to revert back in case of any doubts/concerns
thank you.
