I used to masturbate frequently when i was 15 yrs...It was only to satisfy myself and to get a relief from the pressure i felt on my sexual parts. And i continued it for another 13 yrs. Now i feel my body is weak. Is that becaus of Masturbation ? Now i loose semen from my penis when i sit for stool. Is that an after effect of my masturbation for a long period ? Is there any solution for the unwanted loss of semen ? Please advice.
