General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It would not be appropriate for me to provide a diagnosis or even a differential without examining you and seeing this fluttering. It is possible that you have an abnormality in your calcium levels, which could be diagnosed with a simple blood test. If it continues to bother you, do get it checked by your local physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
