What Causes Spasms In The Lower Back And Legs?
I had lower back spasms that went down my right leg to my ankle area for a couple days, then I was getting a sharp pain in my right buttocks area that went down my right leg to my foot area. Now my right right calf area feels numb and my right toes feel numb and swollen. If I stand for a long time sometimes my right leg from the buttocks to my toes tingle and feels numb.
