What Causes Spasm And Black Colour On Knee After A Leg Fracture?

I have had for a week muscle spasm I m my left inner thigh. And now my knee seems to be black and blue and experiencing spasms also. What s going on. On may 9th I fell and broke the foot on this leg. Was in a cast for ten weeks got it off middle of August. So what s going on.

1)Take [ABDAL-SP tablet]twice a day
2)Take vitamin [ABSOLUT capsules]once a day
3)Do a clinical examination by your local doctor.
It is due to calcium and potassium deficit
