General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Lupus is an autoimmune disease with lesions appearing on mouth, nose or even vagina. You can send a picture of the bumps to me for a further evaluation. Treatment with anti-inflammatory and immuno-suppressant can help. What your doctor told to you is all true. To me should keep regular follow up with your caring doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
