What Causes Sores In My Nose On And Off?

Hi, i have these sores in my nose on and off and they have a smell but when the sores are gone the smell is gone they last a week or so and they come back a week or so later and it startes over t and they hurt very bad and crusty this has been going on for about 6 mos os more

Hello,
There could be some resistant bacteria infection at the nose .
These are mostly staphylococcus organism which infects again and again. This bacteria is present in skin of all of us and due to self cleaning of nose the bacteria does gets inside the skin due to minor trauma we cause will cleaning the nose.
You need to take dicloxxacilin antibiotic for 10 days , after consulting your doctor .
In addition you need to take antibiotic ointment inside the nose like mupirocin or neosporin.
Normal saline nasal drops also helps a lot in maintaining the cleanliness.
