What Causes Soreness On Left Side Of Back Radiating To Leg?
soreness on left back, spreading down left leg...I am assuming sciatica but don t know what the cause is. I am 57 years old, healthy, active woman, 5 6 160 lbs.....went to gym to stretch muscles, no weight lifting. I work in an office, getting up out of standard office chair numerous times a day.

I really appreciate your concern and this could be very early to think about the sciatica but this could be muscular spasm and this could be due to poor posture, try to maintain good posture and you can try medicine given below
1) Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac once in day
