What Causes Soreness In Throat After Drinking Tetrapack Milk?

Hi Doc, I heated the milk but in a wierd way. Lemme explain it. I pour water into the kettle and the put the milk tetrapak into the boiling water. I then took the tetrapak out, opened it and drank the milk and did such thing thrice. After that i got a really sore throat. I m worried. Please tell me if there is a possible plastic poisoning and please suggest me what to do. Thank you.

Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit very different.
The tetrapack on boiling could make a difference as you are suspecting. The boiling in water might have caused some sort of changes in the milk doe to tetrapack, or the preservatives.

The sore throat may have caused by such a product or was present and got enhanced.
I would suggest you to have the following:
Take plenty of oral fluids.
Consult an ENT Surgeon to get the the clinical evaluation, examination and test done to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
