What Causes Soreness In The Upper Arms?
Hi, About 2 1/2 weeks ago, I suddenly started to experience sore upper arms ( more towards the back side) and backs of my thighs ( hamstrings???) and maybe even in my hip flexors. I am finding this weird and unusual. Normally I am a fit, flexible person!

In some cases, you can't trace your arm pain to physical injury or overuse. It could be caused by diseased arteries in the upper part of your body.
It might also be the result of stress, a new medication, or another medical condition, including It causes pain, numbness, weakness, and tingling.
