What Causes Soreness In The Nipples And Heaviness In The Breasts?

I m 28 and am suddenly noticing that my nipples are sore ,breasts seem fuller, I m having discharge and period like cramping! I ve had my tubes tied for about 4years now and took a home pregnancy test yesterday just to ease my mind and of course it was negative! I also have other small health issues that may or may not be related to this topic!!! Please someone give me advice!!

As per your history if infection is ruled out it may be called as mammary Dysplasia ,check whether you have any pain or not if no pain do not take any medications ,if there is pain take medications with dietary modifications.
