What Causes Soreness In The Leg Muscles?
My leg muscles are always sore, like they are always in a state of contraction. This a big problem when it is time to go to bed, and sleep. I get a lot of cramps and charlie horses. I take magnesium supplements. I use magnesium oil to deal with these issues.
