General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Soreness of the joint commonly occurs due to Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, gout, musculocutaneous disorders, etc.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. Get Blood & imaging tests done to detect the factor causing you discomfort.

Your treatment will depend on the finding of clinical examination & report of the blood & imaging tests.

Always take medication under your treating physician. To get relief from soreness, take Naproxen or NSAIDs. You have not mentioned the history of any past illness.

Stay away from addictions if any, exercise & do walking regularly, maintain a low BMI. Stick to lean meat, homemade nutritious food, take fruits, berries & multivitamin supplements.

Get diagnosed with the pathology you are suffering from before taking Deca 300 because many medications have side effects & interactions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
