What Causes Soreness In The Back With Recurring Burning Sensations Post Heavy Lifting?

.I am almost 3 and a half months pp to a c section I take care of a handicap teenager and thought I would be ok to do a lift transfer from couch to wheelchair, this was 4 days ago. I think I over did it my back is sore and I keep getting burning sensations around my scar they come and go. Is this normal feeling? Did I just over do it?

Hello,

You have to take at least 3-6 months rest from lifting weights. I thought you may be overpressed your scar area which is weak and not cope up with stress.

So take rest if symptoms not improved please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
