What Causes Soreness In Legs And Prominent Blue Veins In My Arms?
Hi I am experiencing sore legs and the veins on my feet ankles hands and arms are extremely prominent and blue. I keep going hot and cold and yesterday went light headed and shaky. The beginning of last week the vision in both my eyes went funny and I had blind spots I can only describe it as water effect swirling in both eyes, this lasted approx 20 minutes Can u advise what might be the problem?

Respected Sir, hi reviewed your query. regarding blue veins and extremeties its related to microcirculation, must massage and keep warmth for extremeties to avoid extreme coldness and shrinkage of veins. For light headed and shaky BP measurement is must along with Diabetes evaluation for eyes dear thanks regards
