What Causes Soreness In Knee After Having Levaquin?

I was on an antibiotic called Septra (not sure if i spelt that right) and it wasnt working to well so my doctor put me on Leviquin. After taking one dose of Leviquin it felt like my heart was racing fast and the next day my knees were sore. After reading all the reviews I dont know wheater to continue the medication? If I choose not to continue the medicaiton is it okay to go back to the Septra to finish it off.
