What Causes Soreness In Armpit, Dry Mouth And Neck Pain After Having Sex?

I had sex with an escort and wore a condom 6 weeks ago. I now have symptoms of sore arm pits, dry mouth, occasional pain in The neck area and a general feeling of being tired a little sore throat. I tested negative for all std s approximately 17 days after contact with the escort.Is there a possibility that I could be Hiv positive considering I tested negative when I got tested and should I get tested again.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Since you had taken precautions while having intercourse with the escort and tested negative for STDs, you are unnecessarily equating your symptoms which are non-specific for some sexually transmitted illness, which may not be so.
You might be having simple myalgia due to physical over-strain. Kindly take analgesic with muscle relaxant like Tablet. Ibuprofen with Chloroxazone after food. Eat healthy foods and drink good quantity of water. Gradually, your symptoms should subside and get better.
In case you still have doubts of contact with STDs, kindly repeat the tests after 6 months.
