What Causes Soreness Around The Nipples & Also A White Liquid Discharge?

Hi I am a 20 year old female and I am not pregnant. Around a couple of days ago I noticed soreness in my my nipples and last night I noticed when I squeezed around my aureola region a white cloudy liquid came out. Can someone tell me what this is, and what is the cause of this?

Hello.That is caused in general by one hormone that's cold prolactin whose primary function is helping women produce milk after childbirth.Prolactin level can be detected through a simple blood test
