Hello,
I would like to suggest some tests:
1. X-Ray of feet
2.
Nerve Conduction Study
3. Complete Blood Tests including Urea, Rheumatoid Factor
4. If possible, USG scan of feet
I have provided you a comprehensive diagnosis which will give best evidence to any doctor who can easily give you the appropriate medicines.
Meanwhile start this medication:
-
Ibuprofen 400mg orally every 6 hours as needed
Also, follow these guidelines:
- You can help to prevent
plantar fasciitis by maintaining a healthy weight, by warming up before participating in sports and by wearing shoes that support the arch and cushion the heel.
- In people who are prone to episodes of plantar fasciitis, exercises that stretch the heel cord (known as the Achilles tendon) and the plantar fascia may help to prevent plantar fasciitis from returning.
- Ice
massage also can be used on the bottom of the foot after stressful athletic activities.
Please post the test results and a doctor here. Hope I have answered your query. Feel free to ask any query you have. Thank you and wish you a good health!
Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta
