What Causes Soreness And Pain Below Armpit?

I am eight months pregnant and have had really bad allergies that turned into a upper respitory infection about a month ago the cough has not ever subsided the coughing has got worse in the last two weeks last week I had a bad ear infection in my right ear I finished antibiotics (amoxicillin ) last night ear is still plugged up ,but my main concern is two days ago my right side about two inches below my armpit started hurting especially when I cough it brings me to tears I can t even sleep on my right side wondering if I should be concerned

Cannot say in your situation but you might be able to. If the pain is external then a pulled muscle is quite likely to be the cause. If it is internal and triggered by breathing, then something involving the lung would be a strong possibility.
