What Causes Soreness And Burning Sensation In The Wind Pipe After Endoscopy?

I have had pain , burning sore feeling in my wind pipe for over a year now I have had numerous respiratory and bacterial antibiotics 3 of which were in the last 3 months . I have had an endoscopy for acid reflux everything was fine. The more I do the more it hurts. Have a persistent cough that is hard to clear at times. I feel like I have the flu or a cold alot of the time it is really starting to get me down. I had an ultrasound which showed a swollen bone ( next to breastbone ) they said do not cause normally weight lifters experiance (I am not a weight lifter ) my right breast looks like it has dropped. I have tried asthma pumps which do not help either . Co coodamol help with the pain. Flem is annoying to Swallow at times .I feel like a hypochondriac and don t want to keep bothering the doctors but it is getting me down now. I had walking pneumonia when I first got this pain which cleared for a.while after antibiotics but it hasn t really gone away since
