What Causes Sore Throat, shortness Of Breath And Difficulty In Swallowing?

I was wondering what diagnosis would be suggestive of the following symptoms: Difficulty swallowing and a sore throat. More difficulty swallowing cold liquids than hot ones. Complaints of a burning chest pain while swallowing. Cough productive of clear sputum, and cultures show Pneumocystis carinii. Loose stools for several days, but no fever, chills, hemoptysis, abdominal pain, or shortness of breath.

HI
Well come to HCM
The given symptom may be suggestive of some lower respiratory infection and might be associated with reflux of acid that could cause esophagitis beside the sputum culture CT thorax would be advisable, with plain x- ray chest, routine blood test would be necessary, these would rule out the parenchymal disease of lungs, hope this information helps, take care.
