What Causes Sore Throat With Redness And Patches, Neck And Ear Pain?

I have a bad sore throat with neck and ear pain. My throat is red with white patches and it appears I have a huge tear in the right tonsil. I have been coughing up smelly white balls that are hard and smell really bad. Left side tonsil appears to have a bump resembling a polyp. What is wrong?

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having follicular tonsillitis .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice you
Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily , Plenty of fluids ,
analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination twice daily after meal ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine ,
Tab Vitamin C &
Antibiotic azithromycin .

You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription.
