What Causes Sore Throat With History Of Mononucleosis?

ive recently just got over the bad symptoms of mono. i missed all my finals for college and am making them up all now. im taking my vyvanse which causes me not to sleep well. obviously im exhausted. i have a terrible sore throat today. could i be getting mono again?

Thank you for the question.I would suggest tests like complete blood count,absolute monocyte count, Paul bunnel test ESR ASO titre, CRP.
Do piodine mouth wash and Gargles and take acetaminophen 500 mg thrice daily..Vitamin C 500mg daily.Carvol steam inhalations.Infectious mononucleosis once having occured doesn't recur but recurrence of symptoms from first infection persist. keep proper nutrition and exercise as it causes unexplained chronic fatigue so be careful
