Hi,

Lump on the throat and sore throat is reported in some patients with scleroderma. Do you have tonsils enlargement now? Keep hydrating yourself everyday by sipping liquids. Do have an ENT consultation since you have two autoimmune condition few scleroderma patients have secondary dry throat and salivary gland inflammation due to Sjogren syndrome which is a condition that affects salivary glands.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
