What Causes Sore Throat While Suffering From Epstein-Barr Virus?
I have had mono since Thanksgiving. My dr took all the blood test and I have the Epstein-Barr virus. I have bloody noses, easily bruising, red spots, sore throat, low appetite and am fatigued. Is there something I should be worried about now or is this the norm?

EBV infection causes severe throat pain along with associated symptoms like throat pain, fever, generalized body ache. You don’t need to worry as the symptoms are transient and respond well with symptomatic treatment. As of now you can take paracetamol for pain
