What Causes Sore Throat, Rash On Stomach, Arms And Legs?

I have had a fever that has now gone a little sore throat and now a rash appeared on my stomach, arms and legs it disappeared last night but returned after I had a shower this morning? Have been to the doctors and he is having me tested for measles ( which I have had as a child ) and German measles, I am not convinced it s either.

Dear measles, mums, other viral infections like Corona virus, herpes, hand foot mouth disease, dengue, influenza etc may present like this only. Until examined properly difficult to say what it is.
