What Causes Sore Throat, Neck Pain And Numbness In Arms?

Yes, I am 64 years old and female. I have a pain in my lower neck on my left side it hurts if I raise my head or put pressure on it. Also my arms have been going numb as if they are a sleep. Throat is not sore feel fine other than this just started today numbness started Sunday. What would cause this?

Thanks for posting your query.

It seems like you are having Cervical radiculopathy. This is a condition where there occurs compression of the nerve in between the neck bones . Due to this compression you will experience pain in back of neck, shoulder , arm hands , Throat and back.

In this regard I advise you to get MRI Cervical Spine and revert back. Till then you can use Pregabalin which shall give you good relief. Kindly get a prescription for Pregabalin.
