What Causes Sore Throat, Loss Of Appetite, Fatigue And Headache?

Hi, I have a sore throat, loss of appetite, fatigue and headache. When my daughter looked into my throats she found a brown spot on top of a larger white spot on one of my tonsils (it looks like a blackhead) My tonsils and throats are inflamed as well. Should I be concerned?

Hi,

It is due to bacterial infection that you have all those symptoms. As soon infection clears you will relieve. You need to take antibiotic coverage for 5 days and paracetamol. However, antibiotics can be prescribed after your case history, age, history of allergies.
