Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of sore throat, stiffness of muscles, feeling cold, headache and coughing could be due to viral infection.
Pain abdomen can also be due to viral infection.
Viral infections are commonly superimposed by bacterial infections.
Is there associated sputum production and/or diarrhea?
You need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment.
In the meanwhile you need to take rest to relive muscle pain, antipyretics for fever, pain killer, gargles for sore throat and light food to relieve stomach pain.

Thanks and take care
