What Causes Sore Throat, Fever And Penis Pain After Having Sex?
Hello, Dear Dr. Rynee I m a 29 year old who is suffering from Klinefelter syndrome and minor Talasemia, 2 months ago I had an vaginal intercourse with a woman who may have had various partners, Although I wore a condom, I doubted I may have got HIV. because 12 hours later, I felt discomfort in my throat and after 72 hours I got a mild sore throat and fever, after that I got pain in my joint, my lungs, head, even my penis, those symptoms some times stops, other times when I go hungry for a long time appear. Do you think I have HIV? thanks!

I really appreciate your concern, no this is may not be symptoms of HIV and it can not be this much early, if you want to clear the doubt then you have to get done the specific test like PCR and CD4 and these need to be done after certain period of time, but this may not be HIV, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
