Recurrent attack of sore throat with low grade fever, cough and pressure in ears is due to anatomical abnormalities like deviated nasal septum, hypertrophied inferior turbinate. Increase sleepiness is because of lack adequate sleep at night due to breathing problem due to the anatomical abnormalities. I would suggest you to have an Xray Paranasal sinuses. Do regular saline gargles morning and evening. Do steam inhalation regularly. Take anti allergic like cetrizine, antibiotic, Tylenol and decongestant. Hope it helps best.
