What Causes Sore Throat , Blurry Vision And Head Pain?

My friend feels really sick and has heart problems, im getting worried I want to know if anyone knows what it is? She says shes her throat is sore, her head is pounding, her eyes cant stay home, her vision is blurry, shes having SLOW reactions to everything, every part of her body is sore, she s dizzy, has no energy, shes freezing cold (shes in blankets), shes having breathing problems etc. She refuses to go to the doctor and im wondering if i should force her to go? she was born with a hole in her heart but i dont know if this is related??? She says she feels like shes dying...could she be?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the congenital heart disease then it need to be taken very seriously and may need surgical treatment else it could cause many symptoms, age of patient is missing here else prognosis could be said something, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
