What Causes Sore Throat And Swelling In The Neck?

Hello doctor. My concern is i have smoked a lot of crack cocaine one night then now i have been four days i have sore throat and swelling neck. And yes im getting better when I swallow but there is still pain. I would like to know if i have to see a doctor or that is normal when smoke a lot of crack

Because of high quantity of smoke their are chances of esophagitis because of acid regurgitation.
As your sore throat is inflamation is receding you don't need to worry much.

In Sore throat and reflux esophagitis you can take antibiotics like Azithromycin for three days but with plenty, a glass of water and any proton pump inhibitor like pantoprozol 40mg empty stomach.

Also avoid too much smoking during late night hours.
