What Causes Sore Throat And Stomach Pain In Children?

My daughter is 3 and she was complaining of a sore throat last night so I had a look n I was shocked to see her epiglottis sticking up , she been sick earlier last week and off her food also saying she is tired a lot and her tummy is hurting could this all be connected ?

All this symptoms are of upper respiratory infection (epiglotitis).
Stomach pain could be due to gas trouble or gastritis.
It is mostly due to viral infection like EB virus,adenovirus but some time could be bacterial or parasitic.
You may have some routine blood investigation to get diagnosed first.
She may require antibiotics (quinolones or macrolides) to prevent superinfection with anti inflammatory and other supportive treatment.
It would be advisable to see paediatrician and start treatment after that
