What Causes Sore Throat And Shoulders With Sinus Drainage?
I have a sore throat and tonuge sore shoulders neck and back. Frequent headaches and sinus drainage as well I have seen an ent dr he stated it was acid reflux but even when I take the protonix the symptoms are still there. My primary dr stated it was also sinus drainage this has been going on since may 2013 I'm tired of feeling horrible and having no energy, I wanted another opinion

As pee your query you have sinusitis along with headache and shoulder pain , well there can be many reasins fir symptoms you mention in query like viral infection , strep throat or sinus infection . But un your case it seeems to me that the symptoms are due toviral infection .I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination , Doctor.main order throat swab test , viral culture test , blood test and CT scan for sinusitis , DOctor may prescribe anti viral like acyclivir or anti bacterial like amoxicillin along with decongestants and analgesic .Doctor may refer you to orthopedic surgeon for shoulder pain , For now take steam thrice a day , do betadine gargles and take proper rest .
