What Causes Sore Throat And Pain In The Muscles And Neck?

I am having neck ache, back ache in muscles, sore throat and slight couch. Also, my muscle in my lower legs are aching. I do not have a fever, but my ears feel plugged at times. I am very tired and have been outside quite a bit in the last 3 days. I have gotten both chigger and mosquito bites recently. No rash, just the bites. No tick bites. Live in a wooded area. Do I need to worry about anything is this probably just a virus? Western Washington area.

Brief answer ....
Here first of all symptomatic management done ...
Take simple analgesic for headache ...Like paracetamol ...

Salt water gargles done ....

Drink more water ...

Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty foods ....

Smoking avoided ..
Steam inhalation done two times a day ...

Take benadryl like decongestent drug.

If no improvement(In week) than investigate with ....
1.CRP
2.ASO titre
3.Throat swab and culture
According to above report treatment guided further for which consult physician ...
