What Causes Sore Throat And Fatigue?

My 20 year old son arrived home from college with double pink eye and an awful sore throat. He has tested negative to strep and has antibacterial eye drops which are helping. However, now he is experiencing horrible fatigue, upset stomach, continued sore throat. But no fever and no swollen glands. he was convinced he had lyme but the doctors do not think so. Hi,

Over exhaustion. Change in season and temperature leads to frequent sore throat other than infection. You need to boost that immunity of yours. Have vitamin C and the appropriate antibiotics needed for the sore throat. But also have warm fluids. And steam.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
