It's like after you drink any very hot liquid then how it feels on your tounge. Today I noticed a small growth in the uvula and pale appearance of posterior pharyngeal wall. Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of sore throat and burning sensation on tongue and posterior pharyngeal wall is feeling burning type sensation seems consistent with acid reflux..

A small growth on uvula can be due to infection causing formation of pus pocket and small nodules on the palate are also secondary to infection..

Nothing to worry, consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do investigations like throat swab culture, pH value of throat, upper G.I Endoscopy etc..
In case of acid reflux you can be advised to take Proton Pump Inhibitors like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole..
Take antacids like Milk of magnesia..
Avoid spicy food and drink plenty of water..
Always take walk after meals and take your dinner atleast 2 hours before sleep..
You should sleep with head slightly raised as compared to feet..

In case if there is infection ntibiotics like Augmentin can be advised..
Anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen can be advised.
Chew a vitamin C pellet daily.
Do warm saline gargles and steam inhalations.
Avoid spicy,hard and chilled foods..
Take soft diet.
Use a humidifier in your room..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
