What Causes Sore And Pain In Lower Back Along With Stomach Bloating?

I have a very sore lower back pain that feels numb and burning and my stomach is bloated. Sometimes I m constipated. I m tired,have low concentration. My feet hurt due to fallen arches,where they burn and it feels like I m walking on sharp stones. I put the back pain down to bad posture from my feet hurting but I m not sure now because of the other symptoms.

You need to get rid of constipation and all things will start settling down. gake Fiberall with water. Keep a good physical activity. keep a straight posture when sitting in a chair. Use Ibuprofen for back pain. But once constipation is gone tour pains will also go away. Pains of this type are mostly due to impacted feces and constipation.


For your feet, you may take specially made shoes. Consult an orthotics/Prosthetics specialist for that.
