What Causes Sneezing , Runny Nose , Headache And Blurred Vision?

I have the following symptoms: Runny nose, sneezing, headache, swollen irritated eye, blurry vision, sensitivity to light, aching around the gums, tingly feeling on my face, and slight sore throat. please help me find out what this is or how to treat it.. my doctor is clueless

I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the symptoms you are experiencing.

Looking at your description of headache with nasal congestion, facial symptoms etc it seems that it is a clinical picture compatible with sinusitis which would explain all your symptoms. It should naturally be confirmed by imaging studies. Treatment consists initially through decongestants to try and drain the nasal cavities. If that is not enough or if there is greenish discharge indicative of infection a course of antibiotics might be necessary.
